Salon Agreements  and Frequently Asked Questions

 

Please carefully read our salon agreements to ensure that we maintain a relaxing, comfortable and positive atmosphere for our guest and salon professionals thus, a culture where everyone in our salon enjoys their salon experience.

 

Appointment Reservation & Rescheduling Agreement

  • Reservations are guaranteed by appointment only.

  • All appointments must be scheduled and rescheduled through our online booking.  

  • By booking the service, you are agreeing to all of our salon agreements stated below.

  • A card must be on file to reserve appointments online and cover late cancellation fees and no-show fees.

  • Our salon does not offer partial services, we only offer full services. All color guest must leave the salon with a finish or we will not provide service.

  • If you have received a pre-visit consultation pertaining to your upcoming salon reservation, please take the time to complete it 48 hrs. before your salon appointment. Think of your salon appointment as your visit to your hair doctor. This consultation will allow us to have a more efficient in salon visit, more effective communication, and the clarity we need to serve you better.

 

Reservation Adjustment + Reschedule + Cancellation + Late Cancellation + Late Arrivals

  • We require a 24-hr. notice to cancel, reschedule or adjust any booked service to avoid and charged fee.

  • Cancellations with less than a 24-hr. notice will result in a minimum charged of $50.

  • Cancellations of larger services that require a 3-hr. block of time will result in a charged fee up to 100% of the booked service total.

  • If you are more than 15 min. late to your appointment, our late cancellation fee will be applied, and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.  However, if we can accommodate you on the same day, your scheduled services may be altered.

  • No-Show will result in charged fee of 100% of the booked service total and be placed on a restricted guest list.

  • Perpetual improper cancellations, cancellations or no shows will forfeit all possible future appointments

 

Children + Additional Guest

  • Children are welcome to have appointments scheduled at our salon and enjoy services while being accompanied by an adult during the entire service.

  • Guest with children who do not have an appointment scheduled for that date, must make childcare arrangements prior to arriving to the salon or they will be required to reschedule their appointment. Our late cancellation fee will be applied.

  • To maintain the relaxing, comfortable environment for our salon guest, guest who do not have scheduled reservations for the day are not allowed.

Maintaining a Relaxing, Comfortable & Positive Vibe + Our Salon Culture

  • To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guest, please use your earbuds when using your mobile device and sound is required.

  • Please abstain from engaging in boisterous cell phone conversations.

  •  Explicit/foul language and or conversations are not tolerated, and disruptive and abusive clients will be dismissed immediately.

  • For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction we reserved the right to refuse service at our discretion to anyone at any time.

  • If the stylist, client, and other salon guest are not a good fit for one another, we will amicably part ways immediately. We will be happy to refer you to another salon and stylist who better meets your needs.

 

Service Pricing

  • Our service menu reflects the starting price for all services for all guest.

  • Service Price will increase if your service process requires more time and product, that what is included in the standard service.

  • Accepted Forms of Payment are Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay and Cash

  • Absolutely No Checks are Accepted.

 

Payment Required at Reservation

  • Deposits are not required for our non-chemical services.

  • A card on file is required, to cover late cancellation fees and no-show fees.

  • Color and Chemical services that require a 3-hr. block of time or longer to be reserved, requires a minimum deposit of $150. This deposit is refundable if, the appointment is cancelled 72-hrs. before scheduled appointment. However, the chemical consultation fee will not be refunded.

Trust Your Process

  • Trust the process. It took a process for your hair to become damaged and unhealthy. In the same manner, your healthy hair journey will be a process. This journey will require a partnership between the professional stylist and salon guest in addition to, commitment and consistency. Healthy hair does not happen in one salon visit.

Inspiration Pictures

  • No two artist creates the same exact look. Inspirational photos are great for inspiration.  As well as, a great tool when consulting to ensure that the professional stylist and salon guest are on the same page when communicating the vision of the service. However, inspirational photos are for creating similar looks not duplicating the look exactly.

Refunds

  • At our salon we pride ourselves in our customer service and the exceptional quality of work. To ensure you receive the most favorable outcome, our professional stylist will perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. We will do our very best to ensure all guest are satisfied with all services provided. Due to unforeseen variables, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can be miscommunicated. No matter what, our guest satisfaction is our number one priority. We ask that any guest that needs an adjustment to their hair let us know prior to leaving the salon or reach out to the salon within 48 hrs. of the original service. Please, be aware that shampooing the hair within 48 hours will affect what adjustment can be made. Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed the stylist will determine the proper course of action and performed at our earliest availability. While adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued. By agreeing to the service, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of the services that same day.
